License Agreement

Purchasers of any Western Moon Silhouette clipart package, are granted a single users license for private cutting only. EZArt retains full copyrights of the developed graphic content. This art package is licensed for use only by the business or individual who purchased the package(s) through EZArt. This license cannot be loaned or resold. The artwork content cannot be resold in any manner of re-formatted extentions such as .DXF, .PCM, G-code... etc., or on tranferable media (Floppys, CD's, Zips... etc.). Or as a graphics art package, to be displayed /advertised as such, for resale in any type of publication including print/online catalogs, online auctions, cutter "talk forums" or any type of Website on the interNet. As the license holder (purchaser) of the "Cowboys & Critters" series, you may cut from metal/vinyl/wood as many pieces as you wish from the files. Laying these images out in combination scenes and/or with added text or border outlines is perfectly acceptable for your metal/vinyl/wood physical product.... but not to offer as an electronic data graphic art piece for re-sale as an art image in ANY graphic format what-so-ever. You may not make any copies of the artwork for re-distribution or re-sale to other individuals or businesses. Creating a "backup" copy is authorized, for the original purchaser, for protection of the content only. All artwork contained in the "Cowboys & Critters" series, are strictly protected by copyright law. Purchasers using or possessing this artwork in any capacity agrees to abide by the terms of this license agreement.

For Website owners:

If you are planning on, or already have, a Website that you plan to display the "Cowboys & Critters" art images as the clipart itself as opposed to photos of your metal art products, I ask that you display a very noticable " All Copyrights Reserved " or "(Business name) has a purchased license to produce these designs." notice to the public. I also recommend that the sizing of the images displayed on your Webpages do not exceed over 200/250 pixels in size for photos or 100 pixels in width or height for the actual clipart itself.

For EZArt clients that have tenitive plans on using the clipart itself for displaying on your Website... I have created 18 Approved "thumbnail" group sheets in .JPG format of the entire "Cowboys & Critter" series that I will provide to any new or past client for free. Just contact me and I will set you up for a download. I ask that you use ONLY these Approved "thumbnail" group sheets if displaying any of the clipart itself, on any Website, as this will help protect both your investment in the clipart and make it difficult for potential downloading of the images by outside parties. DO NOT have them with a "click for larger view" function since this defeats the whole purpose of using the "thumbnails" group sheets for image protection.

Any clipart packages from EZArt are not to be used with, or included in, any clipart distribution package(s), online auctions or "Freebie" online "give-a-way" graphic Websites in ANY manner without the express written consent of EZArt Graphics.
