Downloads:
For clients that choose the Download delivery option... we personally set-up a download site for just that order. We contact you once your card has been approved with a private URL just for you.
What we can not do is leave that site in operation for many, many hours or days at a time. We put a 4 hour timed window into effect that should give you time to receive our notification and get to the site to Download your package option(s).
I try to be at the keyboard each Monday to Friday weekday mornings from 8:00 AM CST to Noon to handle e-mail questions, respond to mail-out orders and setup that mornings and the previous afternoons/evenings download orders. After Noon... I have to take care of other outside obligations that arise from time to time. During these afternoon hours, I generally check the e-mail approx. every two hours for orders, catalog request... etc. If my outside workload allows me to be at the computer that afternoon, I will get those mail-out orders processed and copied to your CD for the next days mail-run. And any afternoon download request setup, that came in before 5:00 PM CST, for that same afternoon or even a later evening hour... so keep checking your e-mail for that day! Of course... this all depends on whether I am able to be in the office at that time. If not... any download orders will definitely be setup by that next morning and mail-out orders will be in that next day's mail-run.
Overseas orders are Download option only.
Mail-outs:
For clients that choose the Mail-out delivery option... we offer all three USPS delivery rates: First Class, Priority and Express.
Since it is a 38+ mile round trip from my home office to the nearest Post Office, we make one mail-run a day. So any orders coming in on any given weekday during business hours ( 8:00-5:00 Mon. - Fri. ), are held until the next day mail-run. Of course, normal holidays and Fed holidays always add at least one more day to the schedule.
