Using the Thumbnail program
Step 6:
With the "Select All" button used... the program will now read the entire selected directory and start applying the graphic images into your Thumbnail album.
Step 7:
Once the Thumbnail program has finished reading your selected graphics directory... click "AlbumFile" (top left of screen) and do a "Save As" to save this newly created Thumbnail album.
Step 8:
In this step... I'm saving the wm-set1 file into a "Save As" directory I named "set1.alb". I'm directing it into my already created "mc" directory on the "C" drive. These steps and names are entirely up to you. Use names that you can easily remember and can find when needed. For my purposes, I have each of the Six Sets listed individually... plus the entire 6 Sets all located in one album called: "600.alb". Use either method that works for you.

Full Screen Shot: (reduced)
Once you have the Thumbnails generated and filed away under album name(s) (yourname.alb) you can easily remember, you can now view the entire Western Moon Set(s) with a single click. On the top tool bar using MediaFile, you can highlight a single image and "copy" it to another directory with a click of the mouse. Also... on the top tool bar under AlbumFile, you can print one or the entire collection of Set(s).

One word of CAUTION. Under the Edit and MediaFile catagories... there is a "Delete" option in both. When an image is highlighted in the MediaCenter thumbnail screen and the "Delete" option in the Edit catagory is clicked... the image will only be deleted from the MediaCenter thumbnail screen. If the images have been copied onto a re-writeable drive ("C" drive, floppy, Zip drive... etc.) and "Delete" is selected under the MediaFile catagory... the image is PERMANENTLY deleted from that directory...!!!

Under the AlbumFile / Edit / MediaFile selections on the top tool bar are many other functions you may use. Such as... Sort / Remove Orphans / Update Thumbnails.... etc. Other than the pure usefulness of being able to "see" the images in a sorted order by simply scrolling your screen up or down.... the "Print" option under AlbumFile is probably one of the most handy tools you will use to help keep track of the series. Use a * print "catalog" to show your "in-shop" clients the image options available... and for your own personal review when talking to a client on the phone... etc.
Also... when you "double click" the Thumbnail image... it will open in a larger size on your screen. The size can be selected under "AlbumFile" - "Preferences" - "General". With the 600 dpi sizes... the "If larger... shrink to fit screen" is probably the best viewing size option.

Do not use the print option to create mail-out "catalogs" of these copyrighted graphics! Only In-Shop "catalogs" for your clients to view are authorized.
